TIMEZONE: So we know what times (roughly) you'll be around.
PB: Who you would like to use for your character. Ensure you have held the PB before going through with this, just in case.
JOURNAL: The journal you will be using for the character.

NAME: Self-explanatory.
ALIAS(ES): Any other names or titles they might go by.
RACE: What species they are: Human, Gifted Human, Therianthrope; ____ (display the animal strain) or Vampire.
APPARENT AGE: What age they look physically, to others; what age they could pass for.
ACTUAL AGE: Self-explanatory.
NATIONALITY: Where they're from originally.
OCCUPATION: If they have a job, and what it is.
HOME: Where they live, obviously; feel free to describe it to us.

APPEARANCE: What they look like, including physical details like skin colour, hair and eye colour, height, weight (including tattoos, scars, birthmarks etc) as well as clothing and jewellery, anything that might count as a trademark for them, especially, such as a favourite watch or a pair of shoes they always wear.
PERSONALITY: Self-explanatory. Be generous here, but not repetitive.
SKILLS: What self-learned or school-earned knowledge they have: cooking, foreign languages, musical instruments etc.
LIMITATIONS: For Humans, include mortality. For Weres etc, use the section below. Anything that could be considered a failing point, mentally or physically; temperament issues that cause problems, a trick knee. Try to balance against Skills.

ANIMAL FORM: Weres only, since all Weres have an animal form; if you so choose, include a picture. Detail the form (please also state what kind of wolf/lion/coyote/bear etc your character becomes; there are several types of each strain, as listed in the Therianthropy page), even if you do have a picture; be realistic with sizes and weights - Wikipedia is your friend. Can be removed from Human or Vampire applications.
POSITION: What role they might play in the community, such as Beta Female in so-and-so's pack or Second in whatsername's pride. Many Weres are solitary, and if this is the case, state N/A or Loner; your choice.
TERRITORY: If they hold any; for packs and prides, it can be an area, the size varying, for 'Loners', usually this encompasses their home.
ALLIANCES: This can be anything from a pack, to choice friends, to lovers/mates.
RIVALRIES: Anything from other packs to certain individuals, or even whole races/strains of Were in particular.
REGISTERED: Yes or no. Gifted are never registered.
SUPERNATURAL POWERS: What powers their particular DNA grants them; if unsure, check the provided information pages.
SUPERNATURAL WEAKNESSES: What weaknesses their particular DNA lands them with; if unsure, check the provided information pages.

HISTORY: Give us an idea of where they came from, what they've been through, and what made them who they are today. Be detailed without stepping into overkill territory. And remember, angst isn't a competition. People have bad luck, but don't overdo it. Note that character histories can be submitted in bullet point format so long as all important events are covered clearly.

RANDOM TRIVIA: Just a little list of random facts and bits of information about your character; anything you feel like adding as an extra that doesn't fit into any other category.


WRITING SAMPLE.

I'd like to see a glimpse of what you'd bring to the game, so let me take a look here. If you like, you may link me to something recent from another RP; whatever is preferable for you. If you would like to indulge in an actual sample to show the character to me a little, you may write either a potential journal entry or a third-person RP exerpt, either of which may be used IC at a later date.
